Guest guest Posted June 30, 2003 Report Share Posted June 30, 2003 Falafels....I just soak a cup of dry garbanzos for 8 hrs, then process them in the food processor with lots of garlic, an onion and some seasoning salt. Then I use two spoons to sorta form something like a chicken nugget and deep fried them. I sorta compact them this way. I serve them with tofu ranch dressing, but cucumber yogurt dressing is traditional and that can be done vegan.
