Guest guest Posted August 18, 2003 Report Share Posted August 18, 2003 Blenderize: Half a peeled cucumber Half a pound of tofu [i used soft silken] A clove of minced garlic Some lemon juice [i squeezed a nice generous wedge of lemon] Half a cup of parsely As much dill as your little heart desires Salt and pepper to taste, if you like The resulting dip is excellent for chips and veggies. I also put it on tacos in place of sour cream. Some people use it for salad dressing. I just hope you REALLY like garlic the taste really permeates the dip.
