Guest guest
Wow, excellent! Thanks for letting us know about the Tofurkey subs. It looks like they are jazzing things up with the sundried tamaters and basil. Thanks Megan. Cheers, Shawn ----Original Message Follows---- " Megan Milligan " <yasminduran I was in my wild oats store the other day looking in the deli/tofu/dairy section and saw a new product by Tofurky. They have sweet italian sausage & kielbasa now. I haven't bought the kielbasa yet, but I bought the italian sausage (it comes in basi/sundried tomato flavor), & sliced oen up, & panfried it! Expensive but excellent and worth it! Megan

I also saw that Tofurkey sausage and bought it. I didn't get the kielbasa...I got the Italian type. I went home and fried one up with some onions and green peppers and some spaghetti sauce and made a great sausage sandwich. I also make a wonderful Sausage and Bean soup (not "real" sausage), and will be making a pot of that soon using this new "sausage". Guest guest
I've never tried tofu turkey but I do eat tofu in hot and sour soup and when I go to the Thai food resturant I order their veggie meal. It's really good. Jessika Megan Milligan <yasminduran wrote: i'm fixing another sausage again for supper. tossing it w/some pasta, fresh basil, & leftover tomatoes.
