Guest guest Posted August 25, 2003 Report Share Posted August 25, 2003 Raw Pasta sauce 10 fresh diced tomatoes a few cloves a garlic (3-10) 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of Olive oil 2 bunches of fresh basil, finely chopped a cup of sliced mushrooms pasta (garlic fettucini or spaghetti is good) Mix the tomatoes, basil and mushrooms. In the blender, put the garlic and olive oil. Add to the tomatoes and basil. Let the flavors blend for half an hour while you cook the pasta. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
