How the Name 'Coperta' was Chosen Note by Cheri's Husband, Sterling:This recipe came to Cheri when she awoke from a nap today. It seems that this recipe is good enough to stand out as a one-word named dish, like "pizza." Flavors of TVP, and cheese, and other ingredients and combinations might change, but the overall concept is good stuff in a 'blanket.' I went to the Internet and looked up the word 'blanket' in other languages. Coperta is Italian for Blanket.
