dry bread?

have you tried maybe splitting part of the ratio and using part white flour

(a good quality organic obviously). at least it might still be a bit dry

but it wouldn't be so dense. that's the problem I found with a lot of whole

wheat breads were they were too dry and/or too dense for my liking and as a

result quickly dried out.

There are several factors involved you might be kneading it too much or it may have to do with oven temperature. Americas Test Kitchen had an episode on recently about bread. You might be able to go to their website.

Are you baking it yourself?
