Vegan 'cheese' - third time's the charm (?

Thank you Elite, for your alertness in spotting the scanner errors. The scanner

was reading the T as l. I apologize profusely for this. I have an appointment

with the optometrist next week, which will hopefully prevent future mistakes of

this nature!

Pimento Cheese

Soak minutes and then boil until clear:

 

4 tablespoons agar flakes

1 cup water

Blend the following with the above mixture:

1 can pimentos

3/4 cup cashews

2 tablespoons sesame seed

3 tablespoons flake yeast

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon onion powder

Dash of garlic and dill seed

Add slowly:

1 cup oil

Add last:

1/2 cup lemon juice

 

Note: The additions are to be made with the blender running. -- NB
