Guest guest
The "honey" question continues to come up, time after time. Believe it or not, I have many cookbooks that call themselves "vegan" but do use honey. The recipes are great. ..and I substitute whatever my sweetener of choice is at the time. But, the dilemma is: When I post a recipe, do I change the recipe as written to whatever I "think" would be a good substitute? Or do I post the recipe as written? I usually will post it as written. . .and then add (or alternative vegan sweetener of choice). . .but I surely don't want to offend others by doing this. What is the best course of action? ~ LaDonna
