Guest guest
what is a good veggie-based "burger" recipe that anyone would recommend out there? not one that is bean/lentil based, but i guess it could have oats or tofu. is there such thing as an all-veggie "burger" recipe without oats or tofu? that may be difficult b/c of a lack of a "binder"?? it's after 1 in the morning , and insomniac me is getting ready to make some banana bread. love angela Protect your identity with Mail AddressGuard
Guest guest
Here's a link with some nut based burgers as well as TVP burgers. There's also a 'popeye' burger recipe made with spinach and potato but has some oats as a binder. http://www.interlog.com/~john13/recipes/burgers.htm Here's a Portobello Mushroom Burger recipe that is very easy http://vegweb.com/food/subs/1678.shtml And a carrot rice nut burger http://vegweb.com/food/subs/4522.shtml You can also make a very good burger using seitan. Let me know if this is of interest. --- angel A <catgrrl809 wrote: > what is a good veggie-based " burger " recipe that > anyone would recommend out there? > not one that is bean/lentil based, but i guess it > could have oats or tofu. > > is there such thing as an all-veggie " burger " recipe > without oats or tofu? that may be difficult b/c of a > lack of a " binder " ?? > it's after 1 in the morning , and insomniac me is > getting ready to make some banana bread. > love > angela > > > > > > > > Protect your identity with Mail AddressGuard ______________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends?
