Guest guest Posted January 14, 2004 Report Share Posted January 14, 2004 Hi, I know I am behind on this issue...but you don't HAVE to juice wheatgrass you can chew it very well to get the juice out and then spit out what is left behind. This actually helps one adjust to the flavor until you can afford a wheatgrass juicer. Also wheat grass can be put in salads.
