Health Catsup (raw) Source: Ten Talents Cookbook 1 cup tomato puree fresh or canned (fresh made by whizzing 6 large plum tomatoes) 1/4 cup oil (soy, safflower) 1 Tbs. honey (raw) (or sweetener of choice) 1 Tbs. lemon juice (fresh) 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt Pinch of oregano leaves crushed or celery seed Blend in osterizer.
