Guest guest
Hello, my name is Jessica and I have been a vegetarian since I was 13 years old (25 now) with a two-year break in my early twenties. Since becoming more interested in soyfoods, and reading notmilk.com (a very interesting webpage that promotes soyfoods and dispels dairy " myths " ) I have become what I call " near_vegan, " that is, I eat no animal products but my much-loved honey, which I may give up sometime in the near future. Not sure if this list is still doing the " top five " of ingredients (I've been browsing the group from the first post) but here goes: 1. Any soyfoods(I love them so much I plan on making my own in the near future) 2. Coconut milk (Delicious, though high in fat) 3. Green curry paste 4. Onions 5. Mushrooms I like to make a lot of vegetable curries over broccoli or rice, but I need to lay off the coconut milk, delicious as it is. Does anyone have a similar recipe using soy or something else that could cool a spicy curry without all the oils?
