Hi

This is a little salad I made yesterday, as it is sumemrtime here!

SALAD all organic ingredients

------------------------------

Raw Sesame seeds about 1 tbspn

Raw sunflower seeds about 1 tbspn

Pumpkin seeds about 1 tbspn

2 large tomatoes sliced

handful or 2 of Mung bean sprouts ( or other sprouts)

2 - 3 raw red onions finely chopped. (red onions here are very small)

--

One head of brocolli in florets and lightly steamed.

--

In a large bowl mix

approx: - 2 tbspns extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

about 1 tbspn flax seed oil

2 garlic cloves crushed and chopped

about 6 teaspoons Braggs Aminos

Mix it all up and taste it to make sure the Braggs taste is just right not too

weak

and not too overpowering either. Of course you can use soy sauce or balsamic

vinegar

but I am working with the candidiasis diet currently.

Toss the hot brocolli into this dressing and mix well.

Place the salad on the plates and spoon the hot brocolli with the dressing over.

I served it all with hot brown rice as well.

Hey this recipe sounds really good...can't wait to try it. I love

balsamic vinegar but never knew what to use it in.
