I am looking for a bullion that is vegan and low sodium. Does anyone have favorite brands or resources?

I do use Knor brand, which is very good, but not quite low sodium.

Many thanks!

Eric, have you checked into Bill's Best Chick'nish? I don't know "how low" in sodium it is, but it's much lower than a product such as McKay's Chicken Style seasoning. It's powdered, but I use it as bullion with success.

You are right, some of those boullion cubes are nasty!

I like Rapunzel brand. It is very low salt and pretty tasty. This

link shows a picture of it:

They make several varieties, I prefer the " No salt added/Vegan " type

shown in the picture. I find that most of the bigger chain stores in

my area (Ohio) that have an organic/natural foods section do seem to

carry it.
