When on this diet do you have breads? I have pretty much been going onto a

rawfood diet without actually meaning to over the past several months in an

effort to get myself off of commercial foods. I make soup and I have been

making very crude caseroles as I am not so great at those yet lol but other

than that I am eating a LOT of fresh fruit and veggies in the form of fruit

salad's, juices, smoothies, etc. I actually don't eat bread much anymore but

still I am curious about this...do you know where I could find more info?
