Guest guest
Linda--I have used peanut butter or tahini for a dip. Guacamole is also very good. There are vegan dressings out there already prepared, or you can make your own using silken tofu and herbs and spices. I don't have any recipes here in front of me, but maybe someone else has some to share. If not, I'll dig up my vegan ranch dressing recipe, and maybe some others. Guest guest
The cookbook 'Incredibly Delicious' by Gentle World has a really nice raw section. 'Raw the Uncook Cookbook' by Juliano is also very popular. I own it, but haven't uncooked anything from it yet. 4/4/2004 4:47:23 PM, " Linda Lechler " <llechler wrote: > > > > > " Linda Lechler " <llechler > Sun, 04 Apr 2004 21:47:23 +0000 > eating raw veggies > > > > > I'm trying to get into the habit of eating more raw veggies, but haven't > found any good recipes for veggie dips, etc. Does anyone have any tips/ > recipes for eating raw veggies? > > > Thanks, > Linda > > > > > Tax headache?
