Guest guest
I have never had a lot of luck making my own pizza crust. Usually the result is this crust that makes you wonder whether it is really cooked through. Does anyone have a good recipe?
Guest guest
This recipe has been working well for me for ages: http://www.vegan-food.net/index.cgi?705 --- Wanda <wembar wrote: > I have never had a lot of luck making my own pizza > crust. > Usually the result is this crust that makes you > wonder whether it is > really cooked through. > Does anyone have a good recipe? > > _________ WIN FREE WORLDWIDE FLIGHTS - nominate a cafe in the Mail Internet Cafe Awards www..co.uk/internetcafes
Guest guest
The problem with pizza crust is that you need to bake it on a stone and if you don't do that, you need to bake it on a screen. Baking it on a cookie sheet is a mistake! Soggy, weird taste.... I have been baking on a stone for years. It makes all the difference. df
Guest guest
I bake mine on a cookie sheet and it always comes out great. It's all about pre-heating the oven and using good quality baking sheets. --- TheLadyDragonfly <theladydragonfly wrote: > The problem with pizza crust is that you need to > bake it on a stone and if > you don't do that, you need to bake it on a screen. > Baking it on a cookie > sheet is a mistake! Guest guest
Thanks for all your suggestions. I am going to keep all of them in my inbox, combine them as much as possible and see what the result is.
