I've also been trying to get more flax oils into my diet but can't

stand the teaspoon all by itself :) I've been making a vinagrette

out of flax seed oil, apple cider vinegar, spicy mustard, tahini,

smashed garlic, pepper & whatever herbs I have around. It's

especially good on the darker more bitter greens like chard and

kale.

Peace,

Diane

You can get it in capsules. I take it three times a day. Warning: Don't take on an empty stomach. I get the same after taste I got in the days I took fish oil capsules...

It takes 145 gallons of water to produce enough flour for one loaf of bread, a fraction of the 1,849 gallons used to produce 3 1/2 ounces of beef.
