Guest guest
I'm sorry. The brand I take, GNC Natural Brand, does have gelatin, too. Also, glycerin. I never checked before. I guess I will be shopping around. Will report anything I find. (Just occurred to me to check with the company if it might be a non-animal gelatin?) It takes 145 gallons of water to produce enough flour for one loaf of bread, a fraction of the 1,849 gallons used to produce 3 1/2 ounces of beef. Guest guest
It helps bind the capsules. There are also soft capsules on the market, but they are less reliable. That's why companies prefer to use the hard kind, which uses gelatin. 4/24/2004 5:24:04 PM, " dani elle " <dml420 wrote: > > > > > " dani elle " <dml420 > Sat, 24 Apr 2004 15:24:04 -0700 > flax seed oil tablets > > > > The only kind of flax seed oil vitamins I can find around here has gelatin > included - which I don't know why it needs to be, does anyone? > > _______________ > Add photos to your e-mail with MSN Premium.
