Blending Soy Milk-Frappuccino

Here's an excellent recipe for FRAPPUCCINO

 

Blend 3/4 cup cold double-strength coffee (or

espresso), 1 cup plain soymilk, 3 tablespoons sugar,

and 2 cups ice in blender on high speed until ice is

crushed and drink is silky smooth. Top with vegan

whipped cream if desired (Hip Whip is great). Serve

with a straw.
