Guest guest
Everything in your post is good except all your ingrediants add up to sluch not a smoothy. You have nothing to bind it. I suggest that you ad a bannana with the strength of the coffee and some sprinkles of coco you may not even taste it. IF you dont' want to use a bannana then you may want to adding a little soy creamer, it's sort of like half and half but made with soy. Or a scoop of soy vanilla yogart. If your using sugar in the raw, ad two heaping teaspoons into a 1/4 cup of very warm water and let it melt first. Then after the water cools use that mixture to sweeten and ad the moisture to the smoothie. Hope this helps Matthew
Guest guest
I saw an ad on TV for smoothies.. not vegan ones, but a smoothie you can buy now.. lucerne or something. It's yogurt and fruit. so I thought to myself, there's Jugo Juice which uses frozen fruit and ice, and sometimes yogurt.. there's this thing that uses fruit and yogurt.. Yogurt is used at my work in place of milk and eggs in baking... Definately give the soy yogurt a try instead of soymilk! It'll add some thickness and might work. -Lacy - Matthew Name Wednesday, June 30, 2004 11:47 AM My thoughts on Smoothies Everything in your post is good except all youringrediants add up to sluch not a smoothy. Guest guest
You might try using " Vanilla Soy Dream " (it's vegan) in your smoothies. This works well.
