Guest guest Posted July 3, 2004 Report Share Posted July 3, 2004 something pretty simple. cannelini beans (or any other white bean), sprinkled with nutritional yeast, dried basil leaves (or finely-chopped fresh if you have them), and fresh-squeezed lemon juice (just enough to give it a slight zip). the emphasis on this is more for the cheesy and basil taste, not the lemon juice.
