Guest guest
I tried this and loved it. Its so simple. Place one small saucer or serving tray in fridge or cool spot if your camping. Find either from a tree or a grocery store one large really plump apple. Lightly touch it if it feels like it is going to burst open with goodness pick or purchase it. Rinse under cool water and place apple in fridge or cool spot. After apple and plate have chilled, remove from fridge or cool spot. place apple on cutting board and cut into quarters and using a pairing knife carefully remove seeds. Now place quartered apple on saucer or serving plate. Garnish and serve. For those of you who wish something processed, just throw apple into vitamixer until desired consistancy. Other fruits and vegtables can be served in same manner. I wrote this to prove a point, a lot of our appitite is from marketing. We can self market ourselfs back to desireing the good natural stuff. I'm actually now hungry for an apple. Matthew PS you can roll cardboard in fat, breading and then deep fry it, it doesn't make it food. If it says Nabisco or general mills it probably ins't food. its just an emotionally stuffing colon blocker.
