Guest guest
I use this in a salad using sea vegetables. It's a low-fat adaptation of another dressing from a raw recipe book that calls for chili oil. 2 T. rice vinegar 1 T. water 10 drops hot pepper sauce (or to taste, i like mine with just a hint of spicy bite) 1-1/2 t. mellow white miso 1/2 t. sesame oil (or just enough to give the dressing a hint of a sesame taste) Megan MilliganDesert Rose Musings (www.desertrosemusings.com) (parts still under construction)Cal-Neva Animal Rescue (www.desertrosemusings.com/calnevarescue/index.htm) ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).Version: 6.0.732 / Virus Database: 486 - Release 7/29/2004

This is a valuable addition to our files, Megan ;=) - as always, you make it simple, tasty and *useful*! So often, don't you think, we are undone not so much by what we choose to eat but by what we put *on* what we eat - this is a great idea for a dressing. I've put it in Salads, of course, but I shall rename the file to add on Dressings ;=) since we would like more such recipes from members and we don't want to forget where we file them, eh? Thanks! Best, Pat ;=)
