Guest guest
I just mixed up a semi-custom concoction that I'm going to bake in the oven when i get home. it'll probably wind up being tomorrow's lunch instead of tonight's supper. I took a basic recipe for gluten roast, doubled it, and added about 15 cloves of chopped fresh garlic. i got wistful for some good garlicky food when i was telling my friend about my dad's pilgimage to Gilroy california several years ago, and the 40 clove garlic chicken he had. i figured i would see if something similar would work for gluten roast baked in the oven. :-D Megan MilliganDesert Rose Musings (www.desertrosemusings.com) (parts still under construction)Cal-Neva Animal Rescue (www.desertrosemusings.com/calnevarescue/index.htm) ---Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).Version: 6.0.740 / Virus Database: 494 - Release 8/16/2004
Guest guest
Gahlickkkkkk baby gahlickkkkkkkkk!! Yum. I'm curious as to how that gluten roast comes out. I still have my zztop bearded guru gluten boys cookbook but have yet to try the recipes. I had a new concoction of my own for dinner last night. I microwaved a baking tater. On top, I added sub. salt and pepper, a couple of pats of butter, one slice of Amer. cheese, about half a big size jalp chopped up and a scoop of jarred gahlickkkkk and gingerrrrrr. It was really really good. Loving the ginger action.
