The author has gone to a LOT of time and trouble to vilify 'the dangerous vegans'. I think he feels threatened by people who won't kill to eat. People act like that to me all the time. Hostility, disbelief (are you insane?), mockery and even some question my 'loyalty' to the U.S. Personally, when I eat animal products I get quite mean and aggressive and when I don't I stay fairly calm. That is one of my many reasons for being a vegan. (Well, I do drink a bit of buttermilk and eat yogurt or feta when I feel a craving.) I hope the products come from happy animals. They seem to, as I don't feel like taking everyone's head off and irrational when I consume these few things, ONLY when I eat flesh and eggs do I get crazy. Just stick to your beliefs and expect to be regarded as a 'Nut'. We must be doing something right to be hated so irrationally by the author! Guest guest
So any recipes? I'm looking for a banana bread/muffin recipe. Does anyone have a good one? Y
