the sauce is one part margarine to 3 parts Louisiana hot sauce. melt

margarine over low heat add hot sauce stir to mix. when i'm feeling

especially masacistic i also add one part tabasco (i believe this is the

recipe used at the anchor bar in buffalo new york where hot wings

originated, i got this recipe from my step dad who was obsessed with wings)

 

take one batch of seiten cut in to " wing size " pieces and fry in peanut

oil until crispy. drain on towel and put in bowl with sauce and stir to

coat. serve with lots of beer to stop the pain.
