Guest guest
the sauce is one part margarine to 3 parts Louisiana hot sauce. melt margarine over low heat add hot sauce stir to mix. when i'm feeling especially masacistic i also add one part tabasco (i believe this is the recipe used at the anchor bar in buffalo new york where hot wings originated, i got this recipe from my step dad who was obsessed with wings) take one batch of seiten cut in to " wing size " pieces and fry in peanut oil until crispy. drain on towel and put in bowl with sauce and stir to coat. serve with lots of beer to stop the pain. peace jeff
