Guest guest
Thanks, Megan (Hey, we've missed you!) - Now really is the time to drag out the slow cookers and start stocking up on soup for the cold weather. It's supposed to snow here (Montreal) today - or so it said on the all-powerful weather network yesterday - I've not been brave enough to look at the forecast today. So I am thinking souuuuuups! Anyone else for SOUP? Let's do soup. You can make them, almost all of them, fat-free if you like, and even so-called cream soups can be faked up beautifully with milk instead or even, as I do, soymilk or soft tofu. Soup is another great way, apart from juice, to get all those nutrients we need for the winter all in one bowl. Do it right, and you'll even lose weight on it LOL How about if we make SOUP our dish of the month??? (All other recipes gratefully received too, of course!) I'll even change our webpage (check in half an hour, tops ;=)) Thanks, Megan. You're an inspiration as always! Best love, Pat ;=)
