Celeste,

I have to admit I had to go to a few different places to get them but

it was relatively easy here in Berkeley. I would suggest a health

food store for some of them, maybe mail order for the others and yes,

they are involved but I see it as a special occasion sorto fcookbook,

not really an everyday sort of thing. Still, parts of the recipes

could be done daily, like the badouche, a butternut

squash/tahini/lemon juice and herb type thing one can whip up in 15-

20 minutes and is very tasty. Consider some substitues as well, one

needn't follow the book slavishly. I'm going to eat there someday and

see for myself.
