Guest guest
Hi there, I made the change from a lifelong vegetarian to vegan about a month or so ago... so far, so good. I was a huge cheese and yogurt lover, so it has been kind of difficult, but I'm adjusting. I teach Vegetarian Cooking Classes and am in the process of re- vamping all of my old recipes. It's a lot of fun. Yesterday I purchased 25lbs of Organic Soy Beans. I'm planning on making soymilk (and using the pulp for baking and burgers).. and with that soymilk I want to make Soy Yogurt. Does anyone have any tips on making yogurt from homemade Soymilk? Or for that matter, does anyone have a good homemade soymilk recipe? -laurel
