I tried these yesterday and found them delicious! The recipe is from a

friend who wishes to remain anonymous.

 

 

KALE CHIPS

 

Wash some kale leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces. Dry with paper

towels or in a salad spinner. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, plus

whatever seasonings you want. I used soy sauce and garlic powder.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for

about 15 minutes.
