Guest guest
Hi folks, I also really enjoy the first vegan cookbook I received, " How it all Vegan. " And for the sweet tooth, " Sinfully Vegan " is great. Also, a few days ago a new person to the list (and to veganism) was asking for advice on cooking and health, mentioning soy, etc. A book that helped me greatly was " Becoming Vegan. " Another more general health book that talks in some detail about soy is " Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy, " by Walter Willett, who I believe is the director of the Harvard School of Public Health. hope that helps. peace, geoff --- Rachael VerNooy <rachaelvernooy wrote: > I have two vegan cookbooks: > > - Vegan Planet, by Robin Robertson.
