I love cooking, especially gourmet foods, and look forward to searching for wonderful recipes and posting my own. I'm having a great time cooking for myself right now, but eating out can be quite a challenge. I'm also in search of the " perfect " or close-to-perfect vegan mozzarella substitute that doesn't have casein (any suggestions? - the ones I've tried taste more like a pizza box than the pizza itself).
