Guest guest
Because I'm feeling lazy this morning, I'm eating cold leftover dal and onions (I suppose if we had a microwave, I'd be eating it hot, but I didn't feel like dirtying a pan). That got me thinking about my favorite lazy meals. Here are some of my favorites -- what are yours? Leftovers from dinner Tortilla chips with a can of refried beans as dip (with or without salsa/hot sauce) Tomato sandwich (bread, mayo, sliced tomato -- almost too much work to count as lazy, but I make it on a paper towel so there's no plate to wash) Cold cereal with soy/rice milk Fruit and toast Weird salads I make by opening cans of beans, beets, corn, whatever, and pouring salad dressing on top A handful of nuts serene
