Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Yield: 4 servings INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon olive oil 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 2-10 ounce bags prewashed spinach 1/2 teaspoon sald Pinch nutmeg Freshly ground black pepper Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until softened, 2 minutes. Add spinach; stir well to combine. Cook until wilted and bright green, about 1 minute. Season with salt, nutmeg, and pepper to taste.
