ditto on everyone else - nuts, avocados...

 

plus, olives (and olive oil)

 

In response to someone who earlier commented that eating oil helped vitamin absorption, that is kind of true in the sense that if you eat veggies with fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K - say carrots with vitamin A) and eat them with a fat source (such as salad dressing or hummus), the fats aid the absorption of these particular vitamins.
