Guest guest Posted March 7, 2005 Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 I'm moving towards more raw foods in my diet. Does anyone here soak walnuts before they eat them? The ones I have are shelled but I think I should soak them anyway. Does anyone have suggestions and thoughts? I had a handful earlier and became gassy -- both ends. Thank goodness I didn't have company. But I had also just finished a salad that had chick peas... So the walnuts may have been the last straw for my tummy.
