Guest guest
I just tried this and it was better than any other type of veggie dip I've made. Chick peas soaked over seven hours lightly sprouted lentils Cilentro Red Onion (I also put in small amount of carrotts) garlic Olive Oil Water lime Salt & Peper Chop in processor until creamy, slowly add water til desired consistancy. Let stand in refridgerated for 20 minutes, flavor intenses over time. I didn't have any tahini or I would have made a straight hummus. Very good with raw vegetable slices, bread and I even tried Dorittos (for the sole purpose of research). I didn't realize that one doesn't have to actually cook grains just soak them long enough to start their sprouting process and their yummy and nutrient dense.
