Guest guest
What a disgusting email! Okay, I found the Champion Lyte drinks at Big Lots, formally MacFrugals, for .59. I didn't really like them much though. Second, I'm also having trouble with BM's. So, any help or suggestions would be healthy. Next is the diet. My husband and son pretty much eat anything they want, my daughter has decided she wants to be a veggie, healthy for her but has much more sugar and fat that she can have. Which leaves me eating differently than everyone. So we have three different diets going on. (Lots of fun there). Now, as far as the protein drinks go, my nutritionist suggested buying vanilla flavored mix and adding different favored extracts to break up having the same flavor all the time. Next, when I first had my surgery in 9/2003 I was a slow loser, then it really kicked and I lost 200 lbs in my first year and was at my goal weight and had my tummy tuck. So don't be discouraged by a slow start. I had a hell of a time trying to figure out what to eat when I started out. Walmart Super Store has there own brand of Low fat/carb yogurt which really isn't bad. I also have a really bed problem of belching, my surgeon said it was because I was gulping my food which is crap because I do it randomly all day long, eating or not. I don't know if anyone else has a problem with gas, but I'm driving my family crazy the farting all the time. Trust me they keep their distance. LOL I still have trouble eating meat, but seem to be ok on pretty much everything else. Some days I can eat all day, ( I know this is bad), But other days the thought of eating makes me sick to my stomach. So, I guess it true that everyone reacts differently to the surgery. I know there was something else but damned if I remember what it is right now. Maybe later I'll have a brain fart later and remember. LOL Have a nice day, Hazel 363/162 (at my goal weight) ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Spencer's Dogster page: http://www.dogster.com/?88019 He was my North, my South, my East and West, My working week and my Sunday rest, My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song; I thought that love would last for ever: I was wrong. Guest guest
yes, was this posted to the wrong list? Because I thought this was a vegan list, not a WLS list. -m --- " A. Guest guest
> What a disgusting email! Sorry if I got off topic, but for those of us who have suffered the social stigma of gas, it's really nice to have a solution. The only solution that has helped me is nutrient dense, enzyme dense live foods. excessive chewing, and cutting down on certain foods. I will take off topics, off list next time. Sorry and thank you.
