What shocked me was the talk about unhealthy foods (i.e, not all natural,

organic and vegan) and the crude references to bodily functions, with no

preamble putting the comments in context. Now I understand that it was meant

for a different audience.

 

Please don't unsub - stay & learn about healthy eating.

 

I have a childhood friend who had gastric bypass surgery a few years ago and she

is anaemic. I recommended that she take blackstrap molasses & it has helped

considerably.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what it is about my letter that you found

disgusting. Please let me know what it is that you found disgusting. I didn't

mean to offend anyone, but was just telling what my experience has been. I

joined this group for support and suggestion. If that is not the meaning of

this group, please let me know and I will unsub, as to not offend anyone

else!!!!
