My daughter eats it with a spoon (like pudding) and my son eats it spread on bread. Vegan Choco-Banana Spread/Pudding 1 banana 4 oz firm silken tofu (1/3 block) 1 Tbsp cocoa (unsweetened powder) splash vanilla 3 drops stevia (optional) Puree ingredients in food processor until smooth. Keep refrigerated. Can be served chilled as a pudding, or spread on bread as a snack. It's a good way to disguise tofu (and banana) for those picky little ones!
