Guest guest
Hello, I am trying to figure out a way to make a vegan version of a White Pizza. That is a pizza with rocota and motzarella cheeses (I know I sloghtered those spellings) and no sauce traditionally. But, since I do not eat cheeze any more, I was wondering if there was a non dairy way of pulling this off? Corey...
Guest guest
Check out vegan lasagna recipes for a " ricotta " recipe. Here's one by Susan Voisin: 1 lb Tofu 1 ts Salt 1-2 tb Nutritional yeast 1 ts Oregano 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Basil 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper Blend in food processor. Soy mozzarella that melts is hard to find in my area. Anyone else have advice on that?? Here is a recipe for vegan pesto: http://www.ivu.org/recipes/pasta/vegan-pesto.html Hope that helps a bit. Did you try anything yet? -Renee On 6/7/05, Corey <isomorphics wrote: > Hello, > > I am trying to figure out a way to make a vegan version of a White > Pizza.
