My pasta machine is electric, and has a mixing chamber

as well as various extruder patterns. I got it at a

yard sale and unfortunately the booklet of

instructions and recipes was not included. The brand

name is Simac, though I would think that they are all

pretty much the same.

Does anyone have a recipe for this type of machine?

Thanks,

Grace

Grace,

If no one here has one, you can normally check the internet for directions or at least a contact number for the company where you can call the company and request the instruction book be sent to you.

Grace,

will give you good illustrated instructions on the use and maintenance of

your Simac. They also give one recipe, which can be egg or water

based.
