HI! I like the book " Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine " by Gabriel Cousens.

You can get it on their website (The Tree of Life), but its MUCH cheaper on

Amazon.com. They have LOTS of recipies on their website too. The recipies

are all delicious and very easy. I've eaten their food at their cafe in

Arizona and its all really delicious. They make sticking to a raw food diet

look much easier than it is.

I asked this before but got no response, so I thought I'd try one more time

just in case someone lives in Florida and would know this: Does anyone know

of any raw-food cafe's ANYWHERE in Florida? I said Central Florida before,

but heck...now I'll take anything.

Thanks!

Kim,

I first saw the Uncookbook at the library. Why not check your

library to see if they have, or can get it? Then you can find

out if it is something you would want. I have heard many good

things about the recipes. My sister, Jann, has it. She had it

many months before she even tried making a recipe from it (I

think). She has beem raving about a " meat " loaf recipe she

recently made from it. Maybe she can tell you more about this

book. I look forward to getting it.

My suggestion would be to get a few others before your get it.

Have you joined the 12 Steps To Raw list which is listed below?

You can get lots of " tried and true " raw recipes from this list.

Oooh, lucky things, all those places.....

Anyone know anywhere in Britain???? I think there's one in London,

I'm in FL too.... and i'm not a lucky thing... those are all WAY over 200

miles from me! I'll have to search around here and see what i find. I LOVE

to dine out and have already thought of where i can eat and how i'll order.

I know i'ld be better off just fixing my own food but i love to just sit and

chat and have food magically appear! LOL!

peace

nikki (who's on itty-bitty day 2 raw)

Your in luck. The best raw food restaurant I have

ever been to (and I've been to a lot) is AJ and

Sunshine's Food Without Fire, in Miami Beach. Plan

on moving there if you go once. I live in CA, and i

am going there for vacation this year, and can't wait.
