I'd start with a tablespoon or two of cinnamon per cup of sugar. See

how that tastes to you and adjust accordingly.

wow, I must like mine really strong... I've always

done about 2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon.

You make yours the same way I make mine. Awesome... The more cinnamon

the better, I'd even suggest adding some ginger and allspice, and

nutmeg. I like mine kinda like spice and sugar.

are folks a little sleepy this am

2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon is very strong

my suggestion to start out with 1 Teaspoon cinnamon to a cup of sugar and go

from there.

cinnamon is vert concentrated.

just my thoughts. Elite in Idaho. / grandmother of one.

I do mine by eye. I add the cinnamon until it reaches the color I'm

used to. I know that's of no help whatsoever to you, so here's a

recipe from Garden of Vegan:

 

1 cup dry sweetener

1-2 teaspoons cinnaomon
