Guest guest
If you or more likely your kids are like me and like apples, but prefer them sweeter, which are sometimes hard to find reliably, I just discovered a new idea. I put 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a scant 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon in a dish, cored/wedged an apple and dusted it with that. It was delicious! I am thinking this is something that could be done ahead and laying the apples on a flat, dry surface would sort of crystallize the sugar. I love playing with my food! Guest guest
stick them in the oven for a couple of minutes and you will like them even better. Maple syrup tastes so much better than the sugar too.
