here's one more recipe for today. This is a vegan

pesto sauce made from broccoli.

 

2 Tablespoons veg. broth powder

1/4 cup water

(OR use 1/4 cup of your favorite veg. broth)

1 16 oz pkg frozen broccoli

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds (you can substitute raw

cashews)

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

3 cloves garlic

 

cook the broccoli with the water according to package

directions. Combine all ingredients in food processor

and blend until fine. Toss with 1 lb hot, cooked

pasta.

 

Serves 4.
