I have some recipes, using egg replacer, that end up kind of dense and flat, although they taste good. Does anyone have one using baking soda and vinegar to make it rise? I have a great chocolate cake recipe with baking soda and vinegar (which I posted here recently), so I'm hoping that going this route will make a better banana bread. Thanks.
