Here's a recipe I came across recently that I thought I'd share. I changed some ingredients to make it vegan and then tweaked it a bit more to suit my family's tastes.

God's Peace,

Gayle

NOT Chicken Lasagna Serves 6 - 8

8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 cup vegan sour cream 2 cans vegan cream of mushroom soup 2-3 cups diced chicken flavored seitan ½ cup onions chopped 2 cups shredded vegan cheddar cheese ½ tsp garlic salt or garlic powder 1 cup grated vegan parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna as directed on package, drain.

Meanwhile, blend soup, vegan parmesan cheese, vegan sour cream, onion, garlic powder.

Stir in chicken flavored seitan.

My CoOp sells only cream of mushroom soup in a box, already made - where do you get cans?

Hi Lisa,

I get them at one of local health food stores. Can't remember the brand name but I'll get that for you and let you know if you'd like.

God's Peace,

Gayle
