Guest guest
Here's a recipe I came across recently that I thought I'd share. I changed some ingredients to make it vegan and then tweaked it a bit more to suit my family's tastes. God's Peace, Gayle NOT Chicken Lasagna Serves 6 - 8 8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 cup vegan sour cream 2 cans vegan cream of mushroom soup 2-3 cups diced chicken flavored seitan ½ cup onions chopped 2 cups shredded vegan cheddar cheese ½ tsp garlic salt or garlic powder 1 cup grated vegan parmesan cheese Cook lasagna as directed on package, drain. Meanwhile, blend soup, vegan parmesan cheese, vegan sour cream, onion, garlic powder. Stir in chicken flavored seitan. Spread 1/3 of seitan mixture over bottom of 1 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Alternate layers of lasagna, seitan mixture and vegan cheddar cheese. Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Guest guest
Hi Lisa, I get them at one of local health food stores. Can't remember the brand name but I'll get that for you and let you know if you'd like.
