I do drink fortified soymilk, and I take a daily vitamin. Because of my diabetes I have to have a blood work up every 3 months, so I ll just have my doctor keep track of my B12 as well. If I need to take a supplement down the road I'll do it then. Until then I'll keep drinking my soymilk and find a source for nutritional yeast (which I want to do anyway because I want to try some "uncheese" recipes). I'm most interested in finding Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula. Rhonda of Service.
